Kethana wanted to bring back authentic cooking, as her mother and grandmother had taught her. This she has achieved in “The Sugar Palm”. Truly authentic cooking, but with a modern twist.


Through two restaurants, one in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap, Kethana and her teams offer you this traditional food.
